Considering the geographical and meteorological conditions of the race area, the equipment suggested by the organization seeks to strengthen your personal safety. However, selecting and evaluating each item of equipment is your responsibility. The race format is non-stop with semi autonomy., meaning each runner must be autonomous between assistance points. Therefore, in order to confront any and all climatic or physical conditions, you must carry the mandatory equipment at all times, in addition to sufficient food and hydration to complete each race section. Please keep in mind that each person reacts differently to the same weather conditions and that your clothing, diet, hydration and running speed are essential factors in preventing hypothermia.
